Did you know that when you look up at the sky you are actually looking into the past? It is the freaky truth. The reason for this is that objects in the sky are very far away and for the light to travel to us takes minutes even days. So when we look up at the sky we are looking into the past.
On earth when we look at something light takes less than a second to get to us. However when we look at the sky it takes time for the light to travel to us, for instants the sun takes about 8 minutes for the light it projects to reach us. So next time you look up know that you are looking at the past and thats how it will always be because you can not look at the future only the past.
